Careful: a lot of "Product of Mexico" fruit and veggies are actually still American companies that control much of the supply chain and possibly even the farmland.
Avocados from Mexico?
Look at the label, dig into the company. Who's the owner, CEO, where was it founded, etc.
It's not something easy to avoid. I just wanted to make people aware.
yea those are usually controlled owned by american companies. tropical fruits cant be grown in temperate regions like the US.
