The state literally can just put any message anywhere in any city. It's the State. They can nationalize any company and use their physical and digital infrastructure to send information to their citizens.
Right, do you think that will work for a Canadian province to get the message out to an American audience on American owned TV stations?
Why would the CA gov be paying ads to US companies to influence US citizens? That's fucked.
