got diagnosed and medication this year. knew my whole life that somethings off. knew for at LEAST 15 years that I have adhd and need to get help. i'm 37. the procrastination thing is absolute bonkers. often i asked myself: "wtf is wrong with you?" only to answer me "i have adhd. you know what would really help me to start working on my adhd? not having adhd for a week!
