I remember reading "landlords should be banned from having paint" and it's stuck with me.
I purchased an old house that was a rental for about a decade before I got it. So many nice wooden fixtures were painted white, but the paint is so stuck on so thick the scope of the project to get all of that white paint off of everything is more than I can realistically undertake
