Looks like the UK and US are starting to become somewhat sane in regards to this. We should not be asking for peoples gender; we should be asking for their biological sex. Regardless of which gender you want to be, it doesn't change your sex, no matter how many chemical cocktails you might take to try and change it. You can still be whatever gender you want to call yourself, but this is for identification records only.

I can't just call myself a 5ft Japanese Man because I feel like I would like to be one of those. I have to identify correctly and according to factual record.
