Can people with aphantasia have adhd ? Just a thought i had. I still am baffled it's even possible for someone not to have a "minds eye" but science says its true!

There is new research suggesting that certian varieties of aphantasia could be defensive against PTSD. To not see traumatic things, one only has to close the eyes.
