Countries where salaries are low and English is high.
I mean, imagine paying a poor person $50 to yell at Wells Fargo for a week. That's pretty much this.
I'd do it for free.
So, if the USA want to minimize the problem, (no, autocorrect, not "use GPT") they have to lift these and similar countries to western pay standard?
