MODERATORS
They’re also hotbeds for running phone scams for the same reasons. Lots of people with English skills and desperate poverty willing to do evil things for money.
Rich english-speaking countries better brace themselves because there's about to be a lot more desperate people with all the cuts to foreign aid that are going on.
