I would like my node only on TOR, never on clearnet. ( for both P2P and RPC )

But that's only for the P2P what about the RPC ? is it set with

--rpc-bind-port <arg> 	TCP port to listen on. Unrestricted. By default 18081 (mainnet), 28081 (testnet), 38081 (stagenet).
