Arbitrary List of Popular Flashlights - Winter Solstice 2025 Edition

In honor of Winter Solstice, I've made an updated list of popular flashlights. This is the day you're most likely to need a flashlight in the Northern Hemisphere, and I have some good candidates here.

Nice list as always. I suggest adding Wurkkos HD12 (14500/AA) to the 1aa headlamps and HD25L or whatever it's called to the 18650 headlamps. It's cheap and works well and I use mine all the time. I'm intrigued by the Lumintop 1AAA angle light but I don't have one yet.

Can you include weights of the lights when you have the info, especially the smaller lights?

You mentioned the Skilhunt E02 is mechanically switched. Do you know if it contains an MCU at all? I assumed all multi-level lights do. I'm trying to avoid non-Anduril lights with MCU's.

I'd change TS10 to TS10SG if you're including just one. TS11 is a nice small thrower to consider.

It would be great to bring back the paragraph saying what changed from last time.

I wasn’t the only one looking for that paragraph 😁
