How does, "then they rigged the election and now I'm president again," suggest that he's talking about Biden? He plainly laid out the sequence of events. It was one of the least convoluted things I've ever heard the man say.
He was trying to be snide about the fact that he would have been president 2 terms in a row but they cheated him out of it.
Have you actually seen the video? It's very clear that wasn't what he meant.

It really doesn't. It's clear he's walking through events linearly. He says he wasn't president anymore, then the election was rigged and he's president again.
So you haven't actually seen the video, just the out of context clip?
No, I've seen the video and have no idea how anyone could possibly think he was talking about Biden.
Then why did you start your quote exactly where the out of context clip does?
Instead of quoting from memory, why not just link the video you think proves you right?
