I get that. I occillate pretty wildly between anxious I'm ballsing up and head-pounding rage at my own ineptitude whenever I DIY solo. Thankfully, I have a mega-competent spouse.

We're actually playing Abiotic Factor; hadn't heard of it before my friend recommended it and now it's started a ritual of once a week gaming sesh and chatting about life. It's basically free therapy.
