That's normal for a mountain goat. Not 100m, that's probably just perspective from the fish eye lens, but easily 20 or 30 meters. That's how they get down from the heights. And sometimes they die when they trip because they're going pretty damn fast. It's like how when you run down a hill you feel like you're flying, until you aren't.
