Every function there is admin controlled, so it's referring to admin panel controls.
Okay, yeah so it being possible to turn it off wouldn't really matter much to someone like me. It might as well just be always on.
Not that this is a sweeping indictment of piefed or anything. I'm sure all these features in concert are going to result in a unique experience, which is valuable anyway. Sorry for using statements like "it's broken", that was kind of shitty of me
Well if you really find them onerous, you'd join an instance which has turned them all off - which would be piefed.zip.
