You see that's the problem here. It's not up to you if you will be there another 65 years or not, it's up to climate change and mother nature. So if you wanna be there for another 65 years then maybe you should cough up some of that profit to upgrade your business to be there 65 more years.
A lot of people are in denial — if only because they think that pushing that denial will let them sell to a greater fool.
