As I posted in a similar thread…

The USA isn’t the vaccine industry’s only market. I don’t get why our (hopefully temporary) insanity would cause companies to act like they have to cancel vaccine development.

The US pays a lot more for drugs than other first-word countries and requires quite conclusive evidence that they work. So theyre basically saying that new vaccines won't be available in the US

My entire career is in non-profit vaccine development, primarily focused on neglected diseases. It is.... not easy to get a job.
