For which particular columns of the csv file are you seeking a further explanation?

For me, methodology would be quantitative methods used to calculate the dataset's (csv file's) values (Download the Dataset), which I might be able to provide for specific outputs. Your invocation of the term ("how it is measured") could differ; in that case please further explain what you're seeking?
