I'm shocked that people expect to make progress without knowing where they are vs where they need to go. Record everything. DB curls, deadlift, lat raises. Everything. Over time, everything needs to trend upwards.

I have a whole table with my 1-20 rep maxes for a dozen upper and a dozen lower big lifts. I have smaller tables with all my accessory lifts.
