(Linux, Bazzite, appimage) Streaming a window or my monitor doesn't work. (lemmy.world)

When I click on screensharing I do get the options to choose framerate, resolution, and window/monitor. But it just doesn't do anything.

A friend of mine on Arch also tried Fluxer and has the same issue.

Is screen sharing on Linux just broken right now, or are we doing something wrong?

It's a problem in their appimage. I haven't investigated why it happens and how to solve it though. Tomorrow I'll see if i can do anything about it and let you know.

Figured out that streaming seems to work fine through browsers. But there's still no audio, despite the audio toggle being available.
