I'm an original pearl jam fan. Was in the first wave over the fence in 95. Burnt into my memory that night. I remember Eddie said something like, there's a whole bunch of extra people in here now, everybody be cool and we'll keep playing........ everyone was cool and they kept playing, and it was amazing.

I'm so unbelievably envious, that is awesome. I've seen them every time they've been to Perth since 1996, except when the came with BDO most recently. Come to think of it, they're well passed due for another tour here...

But I did see Soundgarden at BDO `97... acoustic encore from Chris was... amazing.

I missed seeing him. I had tickets but couldn't go.

Edit. I saw EV a few years ago on his solo tour. His support was Glen Hansard. I fucking love Glen Hansard and seeing them perform together was incredible. You should check out their (sort of) collaboration soundtrack album - Flag Day
