Post feed redesign

As promised, I will share the current designs that I mocked up for the post feed. It's been a busy week so I only got a chance to start on this yesterday.
The three main changes I wanted to flesh out are:
- A redesigned, more compact community header.
- A more compact post header.
- A redesigned post layout.
