It's not a PhD but the Centcom commander "is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned a master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University. He studied international relations at Harvard and Tufts Universities," so while I'm not a fan of him or anything, on paper at least he's not as totally unqualified as the the other three morons.

Look, nobody's perfect. I'm sure once Hegseth finds out he'll quickly rectify his mistake and kick him out in favor of a less qualified sycophant.
