Best cleaner for removing resin from electronics (lemmy.world)

I've got an older PC that I'm upgrading and going to turn into a NAS for my house, and the poor thing spent YEARS as the living room PC in a house full of stoners. Every surface is slightly amber and sticky. Any good cleaners I can use to remove it all without damaging the electronics?

I'd say what works best is shaking the pipe in a mixture of epsom salts and rubbing alcohol.
