Do I need to spell it out? It's a METH pipe.
This is a meth pipe, it’s more bulbous to hold meth in while heating:

This is a weed pipe, it has a bulbous end but it’s not a globe like a meth pipe. It has a depression in it to hold the weed and an additional smaller carb hole:

The image in the picture is not a meth pipe. The pipe and weed may not scream weed to you, but it does to any stoner.
No it isn't, lol. I've had a hundred pipes just like that, and you can see the resin. That's a weed pipe.
