If something says it will take so many "calendar days" would you include weekends and bank holidays? (mander.xyz)

I always assumed the term is used specifically to differentiate it from "working days", but talking to my bank today they claimed that "calendar days" doesn't include weekends and bank holidays.

they should have said business days. that means no weekends and holidays. calendar days sounds to me like your intentionally saying all days are considered.
