Realistically, they emailed out the Schutzstaffel to everyone but those in germany.
What is a Nazi stuff if not the insignia for the SS?
Except those in Germany got it, too.

Maybe it's dependant on which language you choose in the store, not where you're located.
It is language dependent, because they're lazy. That's also what the user you responded to said.

Being in Germany though, you do now have the opportunity to do something about this which most don't. You have been sent explicit Nazi imagery, which as far as I'm aware is illegal.
I have no idea how I missed that.
You're right. That's one reason I took that screenshot. I planned on researching on what to do next as soon as I'm able.
Seeing how the far right has become a substantial and very real threat, you cannot convince me that this was an innocent mistake or a joke gone wrong.
