They can’t even enjoy what they have.

It's worse than that. Many do enjoy what they have. They are extremely happy and simply don't care.

Not a single one of them doesn't strive and debase themselves every single day to get more than what they already have, to add billions to their pile of billions. I don't think that is evidence of happiness.

I mean when they attend one of their Epstein parties they are probably happy in the moment of it, but they do seem to be fundamentally unsatisfied creatures overall.

People like to think that because it makes them feel better about not being rich. But many billionaires are very happy.
