MODERATORS
I used to be big on States' Rights because I thought it made more sense for people to make rules more specific to them but then I realized the only reason politicians push that is to do whack shit like overturn abortion and now some are even arguing we should go back to when women couldn't work. If I was the president and I cut back rules so States could decide I guarantee laws like that would be passed within a week.
The more I read about it the more im glad that the federal government is strong enough to stop States from extorting or attacking each other (like how New York would basically bully New Jersey). I just hate that every election seems to be between morally bankrupt nepo-babies and it's been going on so long that the corruption would literally need a dictator to pull an El Salvador to fix
someone has been reading too many maga tweets. the blue states would financially annihilate red states before the first inbred maga nutjob struggled to waddle his fat ass out of his couch and into his wannabe marine uniform.
Im referring to the early days of the union where the federal government was too weak to stop things like that

there has never been a point in time where the South and the rest of your kkk states have been able to financially ruin anyone.
I literally never mentioned those specific states, I just cited an actual example that happened where the Supreme Court refused to rule on a dispute between States because they knew that the federal government couldn't enforce anything
Also it sounds like you are implying I'm with those states that I'm judging and saying can't be trusted...which I'm not and is the whole point of my comment, that you cant trust those states.
And if you arent implying that then I'm failing to see what the point of your reply is. I'm citing a specific point in history, it's not even subjective it's just a thing that happened.
