  1. Plant the 15 parsnip seeds you get.
  2. Sell the seeds for 8 cauliflower seeds
  3. Do something else.

I'm #2. It takes longer, but I get more money out of it. While they grow, I fish, then mine on max luck days.

Plant 15 parsnips, and go buy potatos with the 500. Think crows don't spawn for the first 4 days, but need to fact check
