If your kneejerk reaction is to shoot something, you should not have a gun.
A sixteen year old toilet cleaner at mcdonalds has seen worse shit than your average cop, and has better deescalation skills
Well, cops basically never leave their cars, and its not as if they can just stay parked, so its not like they don't face real danger and real images of dismembered bodies and twisted metal in their jobs. I'm sure they have need of emergency services at least as often as that sixteen year old at McDonalds.
"Cops don't do anything bad because they sit in their cars" is the most idiotic thing I've seen in months
I'm just saying cops probably have a disproportionate need for emergency services compared to the example; a 16 year old who cleans bathrooms.
Driving is really dangerous, guys.
No argument on the de-escalation skills.

That's why they necessarily have deescalation skills.
