It's the Nepali symbol for rupee "रु" and also the text underneath is in romanized Nepali language.

Oh, so it's Nepali rupee, not indian rupee.

Is the text in description also in Nepali, can you tell?

It's likely a joke post as it says "If you eat this carrot, your car will run non stop. dm"
