MODERATORS
These threads are always fun. Fast way to see how competent posters really are.
People that think you can solve every problem with more automated process and get pissy about having their code reviewed or having to review are people I would not want to work with and think they're way better at their jobs than they are.
People that understand that soft skills and human collaboration matter and make more solid software that is more maintainable and therefore more pleasant to work on "get it".
