Here we have another issues like not having enough doctors working there, so usually we cant get surgeries as easy as you do and here we dont get paid as you do so if i have to pay for a surgery i have spanish wage of spain but nearly american costs (kinda exagerated but really there is no good proportion, do a conversion if you wanna find out).
