Its not bad once you realize the structure of the pomegranate. It also helps if you leave it in the refrigerator.

I'd love advice for being able to enjoy a pomegranate. Does the pulp peel off the pip better if it's cold?

Yes, it also helps if theyre not overripe. The secret is knowing where to pull so an entire section of pulp or pips pulls away.
