I'm getting frequent errors too. Plus disappearing comments. I'd imagine it's because of the increased traffic.
i was wondering about this. i see posts with like 6 or so comments, but I only see 2 get loaded.

it's possible comments disappearing or not displaying may be a result of your language settings, which are an... admittedly intuitive part of lemmy right now. if you suspect this is the case/haven't already checked: go to your settings, scroll down to Languages, and then make sure you have "Undetermined" checked.
Ohhhh. That fixed it, thanks. Definitely something that Lemmy can improve on because it's rather confusing. I couldn't even see one of my previous comments anymore because it threw an error. Now it works again after re-selecting
