Not sure if she can stay employed so long. I am not sure if you can Irish twins your parental leave indefinitely,
I couldn't imagine an employer paying her for 18 years of parental leave.
In Germany parental leave is paid by the state and you can receive it instead of unemployment money. Probably true for other countries as well.
