Is this the board? The VRM situation looks pretty dire, but I wouldn't think that'd be an actual problem. Also why do you have C states disabled? That's not going to be helping your VRM situation.
Also what does your CPU cooling situation look like? Do you have a tower cooler that blows air over the VRM, or water cooling that leaves the VRM baking? Also generally for best performance you'd want xmp/docp/whatever the other thing is turned on. It's free performance if your RAM supports it.
Yep, that's the mobo. C states disabled as that was the advice given on arch forums. Apparently dialing c states is supposed to prevent the os from going into low power mode then crashing when voltage sags.
Cooler is noctua nhd15 with ptm7950, never been above 75c even in stress tests. Second fan on the cooler is as low as possible to blow over the vrm heat sync close to rear i/o.
Literally all of the advice for crashes says to disable xmp/docp. At the moment performance isn't the concern, it's the crashes
