but that's aspirational at this point; right now I'm due-diligence jumping through hoops that my doctor keeps putting in my way to gatekeep me from transitioning. honestly though, i really did need to lose all this weight. i've recently surpassed a hundred pounds down, but i'm still at least 125 more away from a healthy enough condition to put my foot down.
