I don’t think you are aware of how desperate a lot of people were.

Not an excuse. Never will be.

I know it’s easy to villainize people who want to take away the rights of people you love and yourself.

Umm.....yeah.

But the people who voted for trump are still human

Sure are. They are evil humans. And they've proven that through their actions for a decade now. Well, more if you've been paying attention, but the last 10 years are a pretty good example.

They have their own reasoning

Their reasoning is not based in reality. They have been shown this repeatedly and have chosen to disregard.

The time for making excuses for them is over.
