A doctor will help someone who is just trying to exist but not someone who is actively trying to ruin other people's lives!! Explain that one leftists!

Except they would, and do. Trans doctors are not uncommon.
Also, you know, theres a whole thing about it, called the hippocratic oath. Its genuinely harmful to refuse care to anyone. Thats why victims of a shooting get the same medical care as the person who put them there.
Really leftists are about care for ALL, acceptance for ALL, not this bullshit discrimination we have. At least real leftists think this way. Even with things we find hard to tolerate.

Yeah it's a world they made up, just like the one where they get banned for "telling jokes" (re: saying slurs). It's just even in that made up world, one doctor is treating a person who says ":3" in a way they don't like, and the other is refusing to treat someone actively trying to ruin their life. But that's not a simple platitude so :^)
