Hmm for some reason showering then stab makes it hurt significantly more, atleast for me.

I have a special case, lots of alcohol wipes, and silicone covers for my vials, all of which i absolutely wipe obsessively with alcohol. Havent had a truly adverse reaction yet. I have, when i was less careful, had a really itchy injection spot. I found that bandaids solve that, as well as being extra careful. I think my shirt was mildly infecting it or something lol idk im not a doctor

I always get out of the shower, dry off for a bit near my fan, then a swab all around whichever hip I'm using that day, another swab on the top of the vial, and a bandaid if there's any blood afterward. So far it's 50/50 on the bandaid.

It was probably just the extra irritation of having a shirt brush against it? I usually get itchy spots when I get shots in the arm, but so far nothing on the hips, probably because I try sleeping on the opposite side I injected.

Naw its definitely the shirt. I take tum tum shots so it has alot more opportunity to brush against it, i just use a bandaid to prevent that now, regardless of blood 😅
