A camera is only one of the many sensors in the surveillance system
It will at least have one less method to surveil us with.
Might be fake but apparently those refillable K-lighters can be loaded with paint via a spray can and depressing the lighter shoots out a perfectly lens shaped spray of paint.
Well shit… let me go do some research. For science.

Yes but also depends. The lighter is concealable. As someone whose done CCTV investigations, that will be a massive headache for anyone trying to catch you after the fact.
