i've recently come across an interesting term to describe that kind of behavior: the right-wing mindset is that sex is only for productive sex, where productivity refers to the attempt to make children. i.e., "hand jobs, oral sex and anal" are not productive because the chance of getting pregnant that way are basically zero. same for non-heterosexual sex etc. that's what this is actually all about.
