You don't see health care outcomes improve when you remove 40% of hours. Come on now.
Yeah just continue to overwork doctors and nurses, I am sure its fine.
Then perhaps figure out ways to train and teach them quicker, better, and pay them all less, because that's what you are suggesting.
Or just hire one extra, and cut their work hours.
