As of June 1, nearly every new car cleared for import has to be electric.

i was going to ask where all the electric tuk-tuks were coming from! but then i realized they could be made by hand or by other SEA brands like vinfast. i mean, cuba has them, right? and then i looked them up and apparently you can get one off ali express for less than $2k usd. crazy.
