Can anyone tell me how they are fighting back? Seems like the article is a hair and switch, but after reareadinf it, maybe I missed the entire content of the article as it pertai s to its title.

Ajunwa also thinks that the Fair Credit Reporting Act should apply to all A.I. companies that collect data on applicants and then give them a score. Applicants should be able to gain access to that score and “check it for inaccuracies, and also demand a correction from whoever holds that file,” she said. This is the argument behind a class-action lawsuit filed in January against Eightfold AI, a company that uses a data set that includes the profiles of more than 1 billion people. The plaintiffs want transparency into how they were scored and what information was used to assess them.

It's a class action lawsuit.

Oooh so sorry, the payout is done by pre-paid card, and the minimum payout for the card is $5. So you only get paid if nobody else does!
