The real trick would have been to make WIndows 11 better than Windows 10. Then people would actually voluntarily upgrade to the better system.

You're not wrong, but this isn't a problem of some obscure person wanting keyboard heating. Windows 11 is objectively worse than 10 was in nearly every way. It's why people haven't adopted it.

I honestly think that projects there are so large and disconnected already and now they are shoving AI to solve problems and firing people... It's a mess .. windows is at 77 percent or so useage today. I'm grabbing my popcorn and watching the youth with Bazzite and Steam anything . Think the writing is on the wall.
