Can we talk about him powering through like nothing happened? I can’t figure out if he’s just a robot that has no concept of what he just read out loud or he’s hoping no one noticed.
That's the standard practice for speeches, where you just power through any mistakes you make while speaking and keep going.
Stopping, or going back to correct the mistake would interrupt the speech more than the mistake did.
