Maybe not so much a meme It just shows a) how manipulative and corrupt the current US regime is, and b) how fucking stupid they are at the same time.

Did they really think Iran would go for this shit?

Understandable. Why would you negotiate with someone while he openly shows such disrespect? If he wants that war to end, he should probably show some humility.
