Hard to experience young NYC guy struggles when you've spent all your movies being bankrolled by a billionaire and getting a wizard to grant you wishes.
Oh for sure, that was my point. Tobey's Peter Parker had to work normal jobs. Tom's Peter Parker hasn't... I'm hoping Brand New Day will give us at least a glimpse of a Peter Parker that has to worry about normal obligations that aren't just interpersonal relationships.
The last movie showed him moving into an awful apartment at the end, I think to show how broke he was, so maybe they’ll hit the notes you’re talking about in the new one.
